So far i have done 13 hours of sessions learning Ving Tsun from my new Sifu this year. I have not trained in Ving Tsun for years.

- Bong Sau (Block)
- Laan Sau (Pins their arm down)
- Tan Sau (Dissipates/Blocks their force)
- Bik Sau (Upper block)
- Wu Sau (Mid to high blocking technique)
- Man Sau (Ready positioning of the hands)
- Gan Sau (Lower Block)
- Lap Sau (Block turned into a grab on their wrist/forearm)
- Fook Sau
- Jut Sau
