Ving Tsun Session 15 – 02/09/23 – Street Defence

  • Body Language / Respond opposite to what the opponent is saying. Touch chin/hold waist ; keep those arms up. Keep knees bent
  • Have lower back straight; this in turn tightens the core muscles; also keep those crunched too.
  • Appropriate level of force. Use palm strikes/pushes at first; use punches if the fight continues to escalate.
  • Don’t cross arms or legs during confrontation as they can take advantage of that.
