Apologises everyone. I haven’t written in awhile! I will continue to write/expand this post this weekend as i recollect what we have been covering the last 4 weeks.

Juen Ma (Turning Stance)
Focus on my balance
Ving Tsun Kicks (Variety of these)
Sparring – With attention on deflecting/blocking low strikes.
Correct and Bong Sau and Incorrect Bong Sau. The latter refers to doing the bong sau with the wrong arm and how to recover from the compromised positioning.
